Free limits are enforced per server: if a server goes over (for example after Elite expires), nothing is deleted — schedules beyond the limits simply pause until the server is back within them.
Three ways to get Elite
1. Subscribe on the Discord Store
Elite is a server subscription: one subscription upgrades the whole server, for every member who uses the bot. Billing, renewal and cancellation are handled by Discord in your subscription settings; refunds follow Discord’s refund policy. Prices are set in USD; the Discord Store may display and bill in your local currency.
2. Start with the free trial
New servers get a two-week free trial of Elite — one per server, no payment required. Activate it from the bot with /subscription_status.
3. Earn it by voting (yes, really)
Vote for MsgPlanner on top.gg and you earn vote points. Donate them to a server of your choice: 40 credits = 1 week of Elite, up to 16 weeks per year per server. An active community can keep Elite running without paying anything. Check your points with /my_credits.
FAQ
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit: 3 active schedules per server, 200 characters per message, 1 image attachment, and all three schedule types (one-time, recurring, calendar).
How much does MsgPlanner Elite cost?
$2.99 per month plus applicable taxes, per Discord server, billed through the Discord Store.
Is the subscription per server or per user?
Per server: one Elite subscription upgrades that server for everyone who uses the bot in it.
Can I get Elite without paying?
Yes. Voting for MsgPlanner on top.gg earns points you can donate to a server: 40 credits become 1 week of Elite, up to 16 weeks per year.
What happens when Elite expires?
Nothing is deleted. Schedules and content stay saved; anything beyond the free limits stops being delivered until you renew or reduce usage.
How do refunds work?
Purchases go through the Discord Store, so refunds follow Discord’s refund policy — we cannot process payments or refunds directly.
Do message templates and backup import require Elite?
Yes. Templates and backup import (up to 100 templates per server) are Elite features — exporting your schedules is available on the free plan too.
Does the free trial repeat?
No — one trial per server, ever.
